subculture that has grown up around it. Comprised mainly of artists
driven by anti-materialism and a belief that the impending apocalypse
will render cars useless and bicycles in power, BLBC battles
mainstream consumer culture and rival gangs for its vision of a better
tomorrow. The film chronicles the trials of co-director Anthony Howard
as he tries to become a member of the club.

Bush from office.

My goal was to help turn out a record number of young voters and others who had never voted before. (That part was a success. Young adults voted in greater numbers than in any election since 18-year-olds were given the right to vote. And the youth vote was the only age group that John Kerry won.)... Watch Now

In the time that I have been here, children have been shot and killed. On the 30th of January, the Israeli military bulldozed the two largest water wells, destroying over half of Rafah’s water supply. Ever few days, if not everyday, houses are demolished here.. so I feel like what I am witnessing here is a very systematic destruction of peoples’ ability to survive and that is incredibly horrifying.

Yahya Barakat, who teaches at Al-Quds University, told The Washington Report that he began work on the documentary the instant he learned that Corrie had been crushed to death by an Israeli-driven Caterpillar bulldozer.

From that time on, you were dealing with rationalization and justification for the war. You weren’t dealing with real causes for the war or real reasons for the war. There was never a clear and present danger. There was never an imminent threat.

Uncovered: The War on Iraq, filmmaker Robert Greenwald chronicles the Bush Administration’s determined quest to invade Iraq following the events of September 11, 2001.

The film deconstructs the administration’s case for war through interviews with U.S intelligence and defense officials, foreign service experts, and U.N. weapons inspectors — including a former CIA director, a former ambassador to Saudi Arabia and even President Bush’s Secretary of the Army.

Their analyzes and conclusions are sobering, and often disturbing, regardless of one’s political affiliations.... Watch Now

With hundreds of factories closing, waves of workers were locking themselves inside and running the workplaces on their own, with no bosses. Where we come from, a closed factory is just an inevitable effect of a model, the end of a story. In Argentina today, it's just the beginning. In suburban Buenos Aires, thirty unemployed auto-parts workers walk into their idle factory, roll out sleeping mats and refuse to leave.

All they want is to re-start the silent machines. But this simple act - The Take - has the power to turn the globalization debate on its head. In the wake of Argentina's dramatic economic collapse in 2001, Latin America's most prosperous middle class finds itself in a ghost town of abandoned factories and mass unemployment. The Forja auto plant lies dormant until its former employees take action.

They're part of a daring new movement of workers who are occupying bankrupt businesses and creating jobs in t... Watch Now

Know that the north and south towers of the World Trade Center Complex were not the only two buildings to collapse that day? Did you know a third one collapsed hours after the collapses of the twin towers?

How did this third building collapse if it wasn’t hit by an airplane? Loose Change raises such questions and other blatant contradictions about the official 9/11 story fed to us by the government and media.
