Terminal F/Chasing Edward Snowden

At the age of 29 Edward Snowden was an analyst for the National Security Agency in the USA but on May 20, 2013, he flew to Hong Kong after having left his job in an NSA facility in Hawaii. In June of the same year he would officially turn whistleblower after leaking thousands of classified documents to journalists Glenn Greenwald, Laura Poitras and Ewen MacAskill. These documents were evidence of the global surveillance programs the American government had in place to spy on people all over the world

This film, covers Snowden’s escape from the American authorities to Russia and interviews several key players including the journalists who had an exclusive access to Snowden and also the members of WikiLeaks, who helped him in moments of his escape.
