This was Mark the environmental campaigner, militant activist and undercover cop who broke into power stations, learned how to make bombs, infiltrated groups hell-bent on attacking major corporations and stood arm-in-arm with anti-capitalist anarchists.
He also had a relationship with a female activist for four years and was even beaten up by fellow police officers who were unaware he was undercover. All the time he was feeding intelligence back to his handlers. Now, with his cover blown, he lives in fear for his life. He is separated from his wife and family. The woman he fell deeply in love with as Mark Stone never wants to see him again.
For the first time, Kennedy is returning to face up to himself, his actions and to the people who claim he betrayed them.

Here is a man who did his job, which prior to him infiltrating various groups, there was no intelligence on whether individuals were committing serious offences. Turned-out there was none. In the end though, he confronted and came clean to all those people he loved and lied too for many years. That takes balls, a douchebag would of walked-out not give a shit and keep working as a cop. Mark Kennedy came clean and resigned.

The things we have to contend with; awesome betrayal and a very clear portrait of what each of us do when we betray our nature in obedience to the system. Whilst this character may be presenting truth in some measure of atonement, we’ve no more assurance that he’s not another figment personae with dramatised, authorised version of events, now have we? Look at the way he’s always rubbing his hands and his expressions are dodgy (there’s something amiss with his left eye). Ultimately, the moral of the story has to be; ye are betrayed as ye betray – how stupid of the cops but how typically psycopathic. People even thinking of joining ‘the force’ should watch this and think at least twice.
Yet, the occupiers of the coal plants too have an agenda; Agenda 21! I thought that was a stupid protest and glad it was sabotaged. climate change campaigners are dumbwits serving the global agenda. As such perhaps they are not able to give informed consent on anything, including sex. The litmus test is this: not one campaign against chemtrails, or fracking, or windmills. They are being led by the nose astray.
