The London police showed that they are completely unprepared to handle the decompression of an undercover agent who’s trying to come out. 6 years on…no. The women were conscious and willing to have sex with him, so that’s not rape. He lied to them and used them through that lie, which is a kind of betrayal but still not rape. It’s like saying it’s rape if someone gives you a false name and life story before you have sex with them.
