Could LSD be the next drug in your doctor’s arsenal? New experiments have a few researchers believing that this trippy drug could become a pharmaceutical of the future.
Outlawed in 1970, the street drug developed a reputation as the dangerous toy of the counterculture, capable of inspiring either moments of genius or a descent into madness.
Now science is taking a fresh look into this psychedelic world, including the first human LSD trials in more than 35 years.
LSD’s inventor Albert Hofmann called it medicine for the soul. The Beatles wrote songs about it. Secret military mind control experiments exploited its hallucinogenic powers.
Can it possibly enhance our brain power, expand our creativity, or cure diseases?

I tried to learn how to juggle for about 20 years but I could just never do it.
I took Acid and low and behold I learnt how to do it in about ten minutes.
Apart from the phenomenal restructuring of the brains juggling synapses I also learnt a lot about myself and felt that I’d gained very much from the experience. Be warned though , always do it in the company of good friends in a safe environment…Somewhere amongst the tress far far away form people always works well for me.Peace.

Hmmm so 25micrograms dosage for a average human being. Lets say 180#. Now, they are giving a dosage of over 6 hits (for an average human) 180# to a 3 # rat. Thats what somewhere between 200 to 250 hits of acid for an average human. EVERY OTHER DAY?!? FOR WEEKS AT A TIME. No wonder they became schizophrenic, if it was caffeine they would probably be DEAD.
I also wonder why they didn’t tell the public that Bill Wilson (the founder of AA) used LSD in the late 50s.
I do like Hoffman’s quote at the end of the documentary. I have done acid (I don’t use it anymore) and most of the people I know who have used it do talk about the spiritual awakening during its use.

Having taken LSD on several occasions both alone and with people, i firmly believe its something to be tried, it alters your perception in such a way that it makes you think about everything in a completely new light,..you do NOT see things like pink elephants and other apparitions, under the right circumstances, in a safe place, with a good mood, and people you trust, this drug opens a gateway into a whole other realm of thought and conciousness, it should not be put on a pedestal with heroin and crack, and cocaine.
