British hip-hop artist Professor Green steps out into the cold in an attempt to discover what it’s like to live on the streets in the modern day in the hope of changing our perceptions of who these people are and open our eyes to the harsh reality of their lives.
In this film Professor Green travels to the city of Manchester, which has recently reported one of the biggest rises in homelessness amongst people under the age of 25 whilst also seeing the number of people sleeping rough double in the last year.
On the streets of Manchester we meet some of those individuals who have found themselves in this terrible situation, trapped in the same cycle of temporary hostel life and couch surfing day in and day out. Uncovering a generation of people who now find themselves without access to normal society or their futures, Professor Green attempts to at least give them a platform in which to raise awareness.
