Israel was given land by the world(U.N) on a legal basis in 1947 under the partition plan and chose to immediately become aggressive and steal more from Palestine a year later in the bullshit war of “independence”, spitting in the faces of the world that had mistakenly helped them.

The world has tried to correct that mistake ever since with over 100 resolutions being put forward and supported by virtually every U.N member state just to be vetoed by the U.S to prevent Israel from being forced to comply with international law and end their illegal ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

HAMAS may employ terrorist tactics which I do not like but contrary to popular propaganda beliefs they are not breaking any laws as under international law any and all peoples have the right to resist ILLEGAL military occupation by a foreign power BY ANY MEANS AVAILABLE TO THEM.

To say Palestinians have no right to resist Israeli occupation defies reason as much so as to say no country in WWII had the right to resist Nazi occupation, or no country during the Cold War had the right to resist Soviet occupation.

And seeing as resistance is right in their Arab name and their Charter clearly states their formation in resistance to the illegal occupation that was 21 years old at their time of formation any attempt to say that they(Hamas) have no right to exist is in complete ignorance of reality, from ‘reality deniers’.

The laws do not say that they have the right to resist only by specific means that are dictated to be acceptable by the military force illegally occupying their country, and/or their allies.

Over the course of the occupation the total death toll on both sides is at least 3 to 1 Palestinians to Israelis, I believe the civilian figures alone are even more in favor of Israelis seeing as Israel has very few actual civilians what with mandatory military service being required for almost all capable Israelis(growing numbers of conscientious objectors though).

HAMAS and other groups may seem to violate some laws with some of their actions but those laws are overridden by their greater legal right to resist by any and all means available to them.

This is why it is extremely important for Israel to keep most people blind to the true context of the reality of those groups actually resisting an occupation by enforcing PR guidelines that use ‘conflict’ and ‘war’ or ‘terrorism’ or other terms that don’t give any credence to the idea of Palestinians having the right to fight Israeli force or the illegal nature of the Israeli occupation.

Just like illegal Israeli settlements are referred to as peaceful Israeli ‘neighborhoods’, and the war crimes of Israel demolishing Palestinian homes on Palestinian land saying they are illegal because Israel didn’t give them permits when Israel has no legal right to enforce such control measures on Palestinian lands is never given in it’s true context.

HAMAS has done a fair deal to try to help the Palestinian people with very few resources available while Israel keeps obliterating any progress they do make, Israel makes sure 90% of all aid gets directed to the Palestinian Authority(which Israel originally created to govern for them and create a sham political face for Palestinians) which is well known to be one of the most corrupt entities on earth and barely anything actually gets far enough to help Palestinians in any way.

Much of it gets spent on weapons used against Israel, but Israel still keeps giving the PA the money knowing this full well. Israel has no interest in ending the violence, all of their supposed peace offers(which few people actually review in detail) have been complete shams that would have seen Israeli control simply be streamlined and become greater rather than be brought to an end as is legally required of them.

If you would listen to a dope like Oren here you would think it is because the Palestinians refuse to be retarded idiots and willfully hand over complete control of their lives to a society that views them as gentiles(less than dogs) that Israel has the right to continue treating them like gentiles and trying to illegally control every aspect of their lives and constantly commit war crimes against them in order to ‘pacify’ them.
