  1. First time I seen a documentary that was 2minutes long, where is the rest of it?

  2. low res

  3. Doesn’t work.

  4. The documentary on the discovery of this town, although informative and rather mysterous, felt like Part One of what could have been a further dig site and discovery of further un-be-knowst artifacts and history previously unknown. It seems, that yes the experience and knowledge of such sites are almost routine however, whenever man re-discoveres something fascinating the norms of the day dictate that ‘aha’ this is what it is and we need search no longer. As a dedicated student of history, archeology, anthropology/socialogy and other disciplines, mankind always stops short of finding truly remarkable, historical etc. knowledge due to the arrogance that states: ”There, we have found this, and because we are so well versed in what we have been taught or learned, now we can reasonably stop”. Then perhaps ten to fifty years on, serendipity steps up to the plate and imagine that, we were wrong. I know, I know that this is always debateable and put through the wringer, but surely our ability to reason and think does not stop with, well I found what I was looking for and all comes to an unthinkable stop. We are just heading into learning more about this planet and yes politics, wars, greed, etc., all play their little bits in stopping things but our thinking MUST change if we are truly interested in the truth of our and the planets history. Just a wee concern but one that will fill the cosmos (world) with knowledge rediscovered if all the disciplines worked as a team imagine the rich finds that would be rediscovered and the knowledge that would perhaps show how truly remarkable we were when we first started our human journey upon this wonderful home, planet earth. But I am still very appreciative for sites such as Documentary Heaven, where at least we amateur-varied interested souls might put the peices together ourselves. Just a thought to meditate upon from one not so fortunate as to have been educated by the affluent few. No offence meant.
