The first DEFCON took place in June 1993 and since then it has been well established as one of the world’s largest annual hacker conventions. It takes place annually in Las Vegas, Nevada, seeing many computer security professionals, journalists, lawyers, federal government employees, security researchers, students, hackers, etc. showing great interest year after year in a variety of subjects ranging from computer science, phone-phreaking, hardware modification to just about anything tech related.

Released in 2013 this film documents the conferences 20th anniversary. With no restrictions on what they could record the crew had full reign throughout the course of the four day’s they were there. Covering the history and philosophy which embodies DEFCON’s success and unique experience.
