This is a video adaptation of a documentary filmstrip which explains
the scientific rationale for Laetrile therapy. It presents evidence
that cancer, like scurvy or pellagra, is a deficiency disease. It is
not caused by the presence of some mysterious virus or X- factor, but
by the lack of an essential food factor which, increasingly, is
deleted from the menus of modern man. The native diets of those
cultures where cancer is rare is examined and found to be 200 times
more rich in this substance than the diet of industrialized society.
The missing food factor is called amygdalin or vitamin B17, but in its
concentrated and purified form developed specifically for cancer
therapy, it is known as Laetrile. A theoretical model for the
biological action of Laetrile is presented. Included are dramatic case
histories of terminal cancer patients who have recovered using
Laetrile therapy. Based upon the book of the same name.

One day in 1997 an acquaintance/friend I knew (a guy who I helped fix his car a few times) was walking toward my house with his head hanging low. I asked him how he was, and what was wrong. He came inside my house and explained that his mother had just been told she had two months to live. She had spent the previous two years fighting lung cancer. She had one lung removed, and the cancer spread to the other lung, and the doctor had just told her there was nothing else he could do, and stated that it had now become “aggressive.” I gave him a copy of this documentary on VHS Tape and a One Pound Bag of Apricot Seeds; (back when they still sold them “raw” and extremely potent). His mom went to see the doctor to ask what she should do. He told her that he was required to say that it is “Quackery and a Fraud”, but then also told her that he was confident it would not harm her, and she had nothing to lose by trying it. TWO months later my friend came to my door with a big smile and let me know his mom’s tumor had shrunk by 50%. Six months later she was declared cancer free. She _never_ stopped eating the seeds even after that.
The problem is that there are many _thousands_ of stories just like this and they count for NOTHING as far as “Medical Science” is concerned…. _even_ when it is doctors themselves who are documenting these cases.
Like I’ve stated previously, drug trials are rigged against Amygdalin by the very way they are designed for their very own drug testing. (i.e. “nature doesn’t CURE the same way that rediomemetic chemo drugs KILL), and for that reason Amygdalin can _never_ pass a “drug study” even if the patient stood up, claim he never felt better, went home and lived happily ever after. (It _really_ is that simple).
Apples seeds contain the 2nd highest source of Amygdalin, and we THROW THEM AWAY!!!

Ps… Over the past few years I’ve noticed that “Designer” Apples and “Organic” Apples contain _dead_ “pulpless” seeds. You can tell a “good” seed by it’s thick pulp and very bitter taste. The Apples I am referring to seem to have almost no seeds at all, and the few that can be found are “pulpless” (literally “flat”) and tasteless.

Advocates for laetrile assert that there is a conspiracy between the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the pharmaceutical industryand the medical community, including the American Medical Association and the American Cancer Society, to exploit the American people, and especially cancer patients. Advocates of the use of laetrile have also changed the rationale for its use, first as a treatment of cancer, then as a vitamin, then as part of a “holistic” nutritional regimen, or as treatment for cancer pain, among others, none of which have any significant evidence supporting its use. Despite the lack of evidence for its use, laetrile developed a significant following due to its wide promotion as a “pain-free” treatment of cancer as an alternative to surgery and chemotherapy that have significant side effects. The use of laetrile led to a number of deaths.[22] The FDA and AMA crackdown, begun in the 1970s, effectively escalated prices on the black market, played into the conspiracy narrative and helped unscrupulous profiteers foster multi-million dollar smuggling empires.[23]
Some North American cancer patients have traveled to Mexico for treatment with the substance, for example at the Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana.[24] The actor Steve McQueen died in Mexico following surgery to remove a stomach tumor having previously undergone extended treatment for pleural mesothelioma (a cancer associated with asbestos exposure) under the care of William D. Kelley, a de-licensed dentist and orthodontist who claimed to have devised a cancer treatment involving pancreatic enzymes, 50 daily vitamins and minerals, frequent body shampoos, enemas, and a specific diet as well as laetrile.[25]
Laetrile advocates in the United States include Dean Burk, a former chief chemist of the National Cancer Institute cytochemistrylaboratory,[26] and national arm wrestling champion Jason Vale, who claimed that his kidney and pancreatic cancers were cured by eating apricot seeds. Vale was convicted in 2004 for, among other things, fraudulently marketing laetrile as a cancer cure.[27] The court also found that Vale had made at least $500,000 from his fraudulent sales of laetrile.[28]
The US Food and Drug Administration continues to seek jail sentences for vendors marketing laetrile for cancer treatment,[citation needed]calling it at the time of Vale’s 2004 conviction, a “highly toxic product that has not shown any effect on treating cancer.”

As I am sure you are aware the majority of your information in this motion picture presentation, is complete and utter rubbish. You should not only be ashamed of yourself but you should spend your days reading books and manuscripts. There is a certain pair of bananas and I believe they wear pyjamas you should endeavour to observe. They make it easy, they present themselves on the television every night. They will teach you some friendship skills which you can utilise to find yourself a teacher. @Dillon aka “Science”… There is a fact that you cannot refute, at the very least from the point of view of sheer logic. Since the 1970’s TENS OF THOUSANDS of people have adopted the inclusion of B-17 (Amygdalin – Laetrile – Nitrilosides) into their diets and NOT ONE has ever come forward to say “I got cancer anyway!” Sheer logic should _compel_ you to understand that it is _absurd_ to believe that it is even remotely possible that with _all_ of these people there wouldn’t be _many_ who would come forward and say “I got cancer anyway!” If you consider that when this documentary was made, 1 out of every 4 people got cancer. NOW it is 1 out of every 3 people who get cancer. With numbers like that, how is it even _remotely_ possible that with regard to the TENS OF THOUSANDS of people who added B-17 to their diets NOT ONE has ever come forward to say “I got cancer anyway!” ??? (I am repeating this over and over because, quite frankly, you have to be _utterly_ brainwashed to believe these people have been getting cancer like everyone else). And, btw, the “Modern Medicine’s” claim that they have made major inroads to cancer cure is based _purely_ on two things: 1) Early detection. 2) Improvements with SKIN cancer treatment. If you remove those two factors from the equation, Medicine has advanced ZERO with regard to long term remission (beyond 5 years) and the ever illusive “cure.” Ps…. When I began treating my tumors with B-17, the Atherosclerosis in my heart (with 4 stents and counting) VANISHED. As in, ALL OF IT. According to “Medicine” (“Science”) NOTHING can remove plaque from an artery with the exception of mechanical intervention (i.e. “Surgical Removal, Balloon Angioplasty & Stents”). My Cardiologist cannot explain it, other than to say “The process causing atherosclerosis plaque must have stopped.” But that STILL does not explain why _existing_ plaque VANISHED. I have no more tumors and no more heart disease (and I do not take _any_ “recommended” pharmaceutical medications, and my cholesterol is through the roof). EXPLAIN IT!!! Do you know how people like you “explain” it? You either call the person making such claims a liar, or you make references to “miracles, which have been “rarely known to happen in the form of spontaneous remission.” (Thus implying: “It isn’t likely to happen to someone else”). What is really sad is that you are likely not trying to deceive anyone. You likely _truly_ believe B-17 is fraudulent quackery. Joseph Goebbels was _so_ correct when he said that people will believe “The Big Lie” if government merely repeated it often enough. hes right, there are controlled studies not limited to the ones supported by FDA that proved that laetrile didn’t work, and multiple cases where people have died because it did not stop their cancer. Laetrile in particular is used as a spin off for black market distributors too. Type in Laetrile in pubmed.org and do some research, make your own objective decisions…

Just for your information, amygdalin has been proved many times to be completely ineffective at curing cancer. It is also a highly toxic substance that can lead to death by cyanide poisoning.
Marketing and selling laetrile as a treatment for cancer will certainly lead you jail.
