“I Am Evel Knievel” takes a unique look at the life of Robert Craig “Evel” Knievel, through the use of archival footage we experience some of Evel’s greatest jumps and learn about his rise to fame, having started off as a small town rebel in Butte, Montana, to becoming a cultural icon who’s success was build on nerves of steel.

The film not only uses archival footage of his larger-than-life character but also includes a number of interviews with people who knew him on a personal level and those who grew up loving the icon. Among those featured include Matthew McConaughey, Kid Rock, Michelle Rodriguez, Guy Fieri, Robbie Maddison and family members including sons Kelly and Robbie, and former wives Linda Knievel and Krystal Kennedy-Knievel.
