In March of 2009, a murder took place that was so disturbing it shocked a nation but also had the police force baffled. The victim was Jeffrey Howe, from North London, his body parts had been found scattered across Hertfordshire and Leicestershire. This was the reason the case became known as the Jigsaw Murder.
