Luke

Luke Kelly was arguably the greatest folk singer of the 20th Century. Irish born and notable as the lead singer / founding member of the band The Dubliners, the power and passion which is felt in his voice gave birth the definitive versions of all time classics such as Raglan Road, The Town I Loved So Well, The Auld Triangle, A Song for Ireland and so many more.

Originally released in 1999 Luke manages to tell the life story of Luke Kelly in a simple but yet effective way through a combination of interviews and archive footage. Such interviewees include fellow Irish artists Bono, Christy Moore, Shane MacGowan and many more.
