Paedophile’s it seems are everywhere in Britain today and almost every week a new child abuse or sex scandal breaks, predatory paedophiles operating at every level of society have abused our children with impunity, for over 50 years they have made a mockery of the elaborate policies put in place to protect our children and the well known cases, including the likes of Jimmy Saville are only the tip of the iceberg.

According to Steve Humphries, who was one of the first to break the story of child abuse in the Catholic Church back in the early 90’s, the system isn’t working and in this film Humphries asks the question why? Through a series of interviews he explores the secret world of paedophiles in order to find out how we can better protect children against such crimes.
