This film released in 2013 is a documentary which sets about tracking and recording the first round of experiments that are being conducted at the Large Hadron Collider located near Geneva, Switzerland. With help from the experimental physicists who are in charge of running these experiments at CERN we get a unique perspective into whats going on, in regards to the results found once the LHC is turned on. Having started filming in 2008 this documentary chronicles the up’s and downs experienced but finally concludes in 2012 with the successful identification of the Higgs boson.
