Presumed Guilty

This is an extraordinary documentary about a case in Mexico about an
innocent guy who was put in jail for “presumed murder”. The documentary
shows how the Mexico’s legal justice system is corrupted from the top
posts to the bottom, besides, it shows a determined group of attorneys
who fought until the end for the justice of this guy.

  2. love Mexico its culture and the people. It’s sad to see so much corruption going on…

The Country itself is georguos 🙂

  3. There be can no scarier thing than psychopaths in control over your freedom. How do these people sleep at night?! This is one of the most crucial elements of a society that separates places like Mexico from places like Canada. Though the justice system is not perfect in Canada, and innocent people do sometimes get charged and sentenced, it is in no way comparable to the corrupt system of courts as seen in this video. This was a truly sad story. I really feel for him and his family.

  4. How can I get in touch with the producers of this documentary?

  5. Gettign this:

“We’re sorry, no embeddable videos are currently selected for this player”

and I’m not even using a custom player.

    • The video is probably not viewable because there was a big legal controversy about the viewing of this documentary in Mexico, where one of the persons shown claimed he was being defamated. So they had to blur this character’s face to continue to showcase the film. It may be that this is the first version of the documentary…

  6. Ok I fear this criminal system myself, because I’m Mexican and currently reside within Mexico territory, most people in other countries developed or developing world don’t distinguish a criminal government when the see it, take a look at Mexico’s history for the past 30 years, that’s it.

  7. Mexico could be the doorway to hell. Think many times before you enter this corrupt place. The corrupt police detectives should be imprisoned for lying under oath…
