n 1974, the BTK serial killer terrorised the people of Kansas. Known for binding, torturing and killing men, women and children, he taunted police with his letters for 5 years before mysteriously disappearing in 1979. 10 murders and 25 years later, he still wasn’t found. This is the story of the longest running serial killer case in history. What this documentary doesn’t say is that B.T.K. was caught in 2005.

Sadly, Pat Brown, is a fraud so you cannot trust anything she says.
The show is all mixed up and repeating.

The worlds most elusive? nahhhh that title goes to the zodiac killer he was never caught, Or one of the other dozen or so that have never been caught,This guy aint elusive he is behind bars for 175 years. lol
This is nuts he only lived 2 hours from where I live now. But its, I don’t know I guess understanding yet odd how after Gein, and Gacy amongst others had their homes destroyed after being caught. Guess after reading the comments here you never know anyone and who your neighbors really are and what dark secrets they can be hiding.

My best friend only lived 5 houses down from BTK and she talked to him several times. She lived alone. My friend’s daughter lived across the street from BTK, with her husband. My friend said he was just like everyone else walking down the street. Now,,,,she shudders!
He was in fact caught in 2005, after this documentary had been made. I will be posting another documentary on this very shortly.
Interesting story. Fascinating and unusual that he’s not been caught and is still communicating with the police.
What the caption to the documentary notes is that the BTK killer was caught in 2005. It was a huge news story, surprised you don’t remember it.
Google it! He’s in prison now for his crimes. He showed no remorse at his trial.
Yeah no kidding. He was so detached and almost….. proud?
