I Think We’re Alone Now

Many celebrities these days have to deal with their fare share of fans who take it that bit further than the rest and become obsessed. I Think We’re Alone Now is a film which explores such obsession by introducing us to Jeff and Kelly, two individuals who claim to be in love with 80’s pop singer Tiffany.

Jeff Turner is a 50 year old man from Santa Cruz, California, diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome he has never been able to maintain a relationship and spends his days hanging out on the streets of Santa Cruz, chating with anyone who will lend an ear.

Kelly McCormick is a 38 year old hermaphrodite from Denver, Colorado and claims to have been friends with Tiffany as a teenager. Kelly credits her entire life to Tiffany, stating that it was her who provided motivation to move forward.

Both Kelly and Jeff have been labeled stalkers by the media and other Tiffany fans. The documentary itself takes us on a comedic but yet emotional trip into their lonely world and reveals the true source of their unhealthy obsessions.
